Too often we are so busy with our day-to-day lives. Filling our schedules up with school, work, internet surfing, irrelevant distractions, that we often overlook our friends and family.
And sometimes, we overlook ourselves.
Take a good look in the mirror. Is this really who you aim to be? Take respect in yourself. Go exercise, if that’s what you’ve been meaning to do. Change your style of clothes and dress better if you don’t like your fashion. Have more respect for yourself. No one can give you the greatest respect you deserve except you.
Love life is empty? You want a high-quality significant other? Well, mold yourself into a high-quality person first. Prince Charming isn’t just going to fall into your arms from the sky.
Be friendly to others. Every human being has value. Everyone has a story to share. You can always learn something new from another being. Look for the true value in others.
Stop overlooking things. Life is not really that bland at all.
